Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gck444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the gck444 website located at gck444.com and all associated products, services, software, and features made available through it.

By completing the gck444 registration process, by clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", or equivalent button on the platform, or by continuing to access or use the gck444 platform after changes to these Terms have been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

gck444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of gck444 following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. gck444 operates as an English-language platform targeting players in Bangladesh and all formal communications, account notices, and legal documents are issued in English.

Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference:

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification

gck444 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending document submission, and any withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is resolved.

If it is determined at any point that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any time during active account use, gck444 will immediately close the account, void all associated bets and game results, and return any remaining real-money balance to the payment method used for deposit, less any amounts won as a consequence of underage gaming activity.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and sports betting on gck444, you must complete the registration process available via the gck444 Login page and create a single, verified account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.

Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gck444 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or phone.

One Account Per Player

Where duplicate accounts are detected, gck444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses credited to those accounts, and retain any associated balances pending investigation.

All financial transactions on gck444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gck444 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported for players in Bangladesh:

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via card or bank transfer. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gck444, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your gck444 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. gck444 reserves the right to return funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source and to apply an administrative fee to cover associated processing costs.

Withdrawal Terms

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes submission of a valid photo identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval; card and bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. gck444 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Anti-Money Laundering

gck444 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform employs transaction monitoring systems and reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of funds deposited into any account. Accounts subject to AML review may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending the outcome of the review. gck444 will co-operate fully with any lawful request from competent authorities in relation to financial crime investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

gck444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Bonus & Promotions Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified gck444 account in good standing.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, in excess of any applicable wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• gck444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice to individual players, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered by a player at the time of modification.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any player identified as exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated wagering tools — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

Welcome Bonus

New gck444 players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for the new player welcome bonus as detailed on the gck444 promotions page. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Loyalty & Reload Promotions

Returning players may qualify for periodic reload bonuses, BPL and IPL cricket season promotions, Eid special offers, and loyalty cashback rewards. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these Terms.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued access to and use of gck444, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from the following prohibited conduct. Breach of any of the obligations below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.

You Agree To

• Provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and complete account information at all times.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh in connection with your use of the platform.
• Keep your gck444 login credentials confidential and notify gck444 immediately of any unauthorised access.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of any gck444 software or game engine.
• Introducing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, or other harmful code to the gck444 platform or its supporting infrastructure.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when registering for or using the gck444 account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use gck444 as a mechanism for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gck444 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Creating or operating duplicate accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or withdrawal holds.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the gck444 platform — including but not limited to the gck444 brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, page layouts, written content, game interfaces, graphics, icons, audio clips, video streams, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of gck444 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

gck444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity as described in these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or distribute any gck444 content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any gck444 content, design, or software.
• Use the gck444 name, logo, or brand marks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement without written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link any page of gck444.com on any external website or application.

Game titles accessible through gck444 — including those developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi — are the intellectual property of their respective studios and are licensed to gck444 for presentation on the platform. All rights in those game titles are reserved by the respective studio.

Any unauthorised use of gck444 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability. gck444 will actively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

gck444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with illegal conduct.
• Identification of duplicate or multi-accounting activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via the responsible gaming tools or via [email protected].
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly dormancy administrative fee of ৳200, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your gck444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of a valid closure request, gck444 will process the closure within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by gck444 or by the player — all pending bonus allocations, free spins, loyalty points, and promotional entitlements are forfeited with immediate effect. Any bets placed and settled prior to closure remain final. gck444 will retain transaction records in accordance with its data retention obligations under applicable law, as set out in the gck444 Privacy Policy.
